As I was talking in one of my previous posts about the empty space technique and the necessity of recovery after a busy schedule, one of the easiest way to give to our over-excited brain a break (after the breathing focus meditation technique) is a walk in a natural environment, being aware of every one of your senses. Just focus on what you hear, see, smell. Do not think, just open yourself to the myriads of sensations and stimuli, and enjoy it.
