And the idea can be pushed even further, if we are thinking at the research about self-compassion, made by Dr. Kristin Nuff. In all the animal reign, humans are the only one who can make themselves feel miserable. But the reversal is also true. We can make ourselves to feel happy, fulfilled and kind. All we need is a little practice. Treat yourself always as you would treat your best friend. And your life will change.
