Apocalypse now!

Hey! You!
Why we need to forget about ourselves?
Even if our toothpaste is without fluoride,
we do not remember anymore
how it was
before our eyes stick to the
screen of a smartphone.
It is sad that because
of a virtual world,
you can't see the sunset.

( All of us can be heroes, but sometime we need to go outside, in the real world, even just to admire a little flower.)

Winter time?

Those beautiful snowflakes
are hidden now in the mud on the side of the street.
But we will always remember,
and never give up.

My wage

I bargained with Life for a penny,
And Life would pay no more,
However I begged at evening
When I counted my scanty store;

For Life is a just employer,
He gives you what you ask,
But once you have set the wages,
Why, you must bear the task.

I worked for a menial's hire,
Only to learn, dismayed,
That any wage I had asked of Life,
Life would have paid.

Phrase of the day - 14.08.14 - no comments

''This is our great sin, that we are not thirsty for more, we are happy with the remnants, that why we have such a great fear of ridicule. Not only that we don't give as much as it was supposed to, but we take less than what is offered to us.''

Mircea Eliade

Crysis moment

it is so cold outside
my heart is frozen
- probably because
of the Chinese zipper
who could not resist
to the moral high ground
so many masks
so many peoples
trying to hide around me
and i forget
moral high grounds, verbal surround
one amethyst hanging in the corner
one rose alone,
one soul of dog catcher
nothing is too good for us,
no wing grow on our back,
no horn either
we are empty, just us..
