Random thoughts

"A drop of ink may make a million think."
- George Gordon Byron -

Leave messages, uplifting messages, whenever you can. Be creative, from boards and stick-it on the fridge, to notes and stickers on the toilet's mirror. Find new ways, inside the cupboards, or in the envelopes with the message Open-Me. You will make someone smile, and that is enough to continue.

"The true meaning of life is to plant trees, under whose shade you do not expect to sit."
- Nelson Henderson -

Make long term plans, big plans, plans meant to change the world. Follow a new one any time you can. You never now what can happen. Something can reach a tipping point, and the humanity as a whole will evolve further. Do your part. And never expect something in exchange. Be the anonymous person who helped everyone.

" When the best leader's work is done the people say, 'We did it ourselves.'"
- Lao Tzu -

This put me in awe. Just the thought that someone like this can exist. Yes, we hear often the 'I wouldn't do it without you!'. But this, this is a subtle way of directing events to happen, a mastery known to many. And now i have something to think about. Life is good.

"I think it's important and I think it's true that our life experience is going to be about our attitude, our thoughts, our beliefs, our speech and our actions. We can transform our life experience simply by changing our language. "
- Jason Mraz -

So simple and yet so effective. Words can kill. Words can also heal. And, if you embrace the positivity, and banish all the hurting, untrue or confusing words from your life, your whole experience will change. You will build something, inside your brain, something majestic. Even if it will take time, and maybe you will fight like you never did before, it is a worthy effort. Change now, change sooner. It is never too late.

Ideas to improve the quality of life

I continue to keep the cornucopia of technology at arm's length, so that I can more easily remember who I am.
- Kevin Kelly -

As we constantly outsource our brain functions to our smartphone, laptop or intelligent watch, we should start to be aware, and to make small changes. Such as memorizing a phone number or write a birthday in our notebook. Send a postcard on someone birthday instead of a Facebook message. There are many ways to implement change. Keep your phone in another room during the night to charge, so you will not be tempted to reach for it first thing in the morning. Open your window instead and breath properly for ten times. Improve yourself!

We have the ability to achieve, if we master the necessary goodwill, a common global society.
- Mahnaz Afkhami -

What do i mean when i say global? No, i am not referring to some occult organisation aiming to take over the world. I mean solving global problems through local approach. Our imagination is our only limit. Help your children to plan 10 trees, Play one Hour outside or read a book instead of watching TV. Be active. Take care of your body, your emotions and your mind. Let the Nature to do her magic.
